We bought a restored farmhouse that was built in 1891 and months after we moved in we found out that we had MAJOR amounts of mold that had been growing in our crawlspace. We had to immediately move out and Kevin and his team started remediating. This was a very stressful time for us as we were going out of the country for a trip that we had planned. Kevin was so thorough in explaining how they were going to fix our house and really eased our minds. It was as though he loved our house just as much as we do! The floor joists in our crawl space are made out of tree trunks and some still have bark on them. The house is very old so they had a lot of special situations to work around.
